A Note Bbout 2013 Dues

Hi Members,

Since we now have 37 families on our wait list...

We decided to increase dues by $100 for 2013 and dues are due in full by February 15th or $100 late fee.

Just kidding!!

Wanted to see if you were paying attention. But seriously, we do have 37 families on our wait list.

Dues remain unchanged from 2012:
Family: $500; Couple: $400; Single: $350

We need to know ASAP if you are not planing to return in 2013, so we can invite wait list members to join.
Please reply to this email if you do not plan to renew. Thanks!

Also, paying after March 15th will cost you a $50 late fee - plus, you might lose your spot.

2013 Pool Hours

Hi Members,

For the 6th year in a row, we've added hours to the summer pool schedule...

2013 Pool Hours

Adult Swim-At-Your-Own-Risk
6:00 am to 10:00 am
Everyday, all summer long!

May 24th - August 4th:

10:30 am to 9 pm  (Mon - Thurs)
10:30 am to 10 pm  (Fri & Sat)
11:00 am to 8 pm  (Sun)

August 5th - Sept 2nd
(after school starts):

3:00 pm to 7 pm   (Mon & Wed)
10:30 am to 7 pm  (Tues & Thurs)
10:30 am to 8 pm  (Fri & Sat)
11:00 am to 8 pm  (Sun)

Note: We close at 3 pm for three Tuesdays in June for home swim meets; dates TBD.

Please compare our hours to ANY other pool around town. If you find a pool that offers more guarded hours, we would love to hear about it!

To:  All 2012 members of Huntley Hills Swim & Tennis Club
Re:  Sunday, January 27, 2013 Annual Meeting  @ 5:00 PM- HHSTC Clubhouse

We are looking forward to another exciting year at the club! Per our club By-Laws, we have our annual meeting the last Sunday of January in order to vote in the new class of board members.  In case you do not know, our board is comprised of two classes. Each class serves a two year term and is installed in an odd-even manner. This structure prevents the entire board from rolling off at the same time and promotes continuity in the leadership of your club. Per the By-Laws, the Board has a minimum of seven members and no maximum number.  Many members also have continued with multiple terms, which help with our continuity. 

I want to introduce you to our newest nominees for the class of 2013. Upon election, they will begin serving a two-year term at the Annual Meeting.

The meeting will be relatively short with introductions, a time for Q&A, and the vote for the new member of the Board of Directors. Immediately following the meeting, the new Board will hold the first Board meeting of 2013 to elect officers. Our Annual Membership Meeting is Sunday, January 27th at 5:00 pm. This is a great chance to meet the full Board and ask your questions/give your suggestions in person. A free pizza dinner will be provided. We'd love to have a good turn-out. Additional details coming soon.
