Property Maintenance Requirements
2012 Membership Barter


Overview:

HHSTC is offering barter membership(s) for performing grounds maintenance during the 2012 growing season (begins March 1st and ends October 30th).  Barter to be split between either two memberships, for four months of service each or to be given to one new membership, with the initiation fee waived, for 8 months of service.

On an every other week basis, the duties to be performed are as follows:

Mow:
All grass surfaces inside and outside pool fence, including area in front of tennis courts.

Edge and Weed Eating:
Same areas to be mowed.  Weed eat bed in front of tennis courts and next to club house once a month.

Blow:
Blow of concrete surfaces including parking lot areas. Debris shall be blown into bed areas.  Clumps of grass that may remain after mowing shall be blown to disperse grass clipping, leaving no visible grass clumps.

Weed Control:
Round Up, or equivalent glyphosate, shall be sprayed in bed, concrete, and parking areas inside and outside pool fence, including gutters along Plantation and Commander.  Bed area on the corner of Ellwyn and Commander is included, but wooded area along Ellwyn is excluded.

Pruning:
Trim shrubs to shape once a month.  Clippings to blown under shrubs, no haul off required.  Azaleas inside pool fence to be tip pruned after flowering, near the end of April.  Weeds or vines that may grow in the shrubs shall be clipped out or hand pulled.  Shrubs include those within pool fence, immediately surrounding pool area, and those surrounding the HHSTC sign on the corner of Plantation and Commander.

Services to be performed before peak membership hours on Thursdays.
